Dear Sharon, It had all of the earmarks of an impossible situation! We had a condo for sale in a condo community in which there were many, many other condos for sale and many of them had been for sale for over six months. Family and friends informed us that we may have to wait for at least a year before the housing and the economy improved before anyone would be interested in any condo, especially ours.
